Vacant Home Staging:

- We will bring our furniture, art, and decor into the home. It's a minimum of $900 for a fully vacant home and the actual price will vary based on the number of rooms/items we are bringing in.
- If we are supplementing a home that someone is still living in with our furniture and decor, this is a minimum of $900 and the price will vary based on the amount of items we are bringing to the home.
Restyle:

- We will visit the homeowner at the home and provide a detailed report giving them advice on how to prepare their home for photos. This service is $250
- We will come to the home and do the actual work of restyling the home for the homeowner. This service is $950
- We will come to the home 1 hour before the photographer shows up and ensure the home is fully prepared for photos. We call this "Photo Ready" and this service is $250.
